Hoxton Fins |

Sitting between a Grade II listed building, and the Hoxton Hotel, this brick building is currently being transformed into 20,000 sqft of creative work space. Referencing Hoxton’s historical roots as a meadow beyond the City walls the site will have a green courtyard to the rear, and a new timber rooftop pavilion and terrace. The elevation is designed to be reminiscent of buttercups and meadow grass with yellow fibre-optic flowers and illuminated green glass fins free to move in the wind.
