A former coach works in the centre of St Albans, this site is presently being developed into a sustainable community of 14 apartments centred around a landscaped communal garden. The apartments have an interlocking sectional design, allowing the maximum number of windows fronting on to the courtyard. Traditional building materials are used alongside photovoltaic panels and grey water recycling to create a urban development within walking distance of local shops, amenities and excellent transport links. Parking will be provided for 4 electric vehicles.
