An area previously classified as countryside, this leafy site is being developed into a community of 9 family homes. The new houses are largely closed on three sides- open on one side, offering privacy and protection from a local busy A-road, but opening up onto private gardens. Orientation of the houses minimises overlooking but preserves the maximum number of trees on the site.
