A miniature extension to the rear provided a beautiful reading room with a glass roof to maximise views of the sky. HUT also divided an existing bathroom into two small but perfectly formed wetrooms installing space-saving sanitary ware, large mirrors, and white mosaic tiles . These tiny spaces still feel light and spacious.
HUT re-worked this North London home, adding modern storage solutions, a beautiful walk in wetroom and restoring the original Victorian floors and staircase. The house has been transformed so that work and home life co-exist alongside one another.
In many homes redundant spaces often lie between, behind and alongside the existing building. Used in clever ways to provide additional space, the reworking of existing layouts can often provide more efficient layouts.
HÛT can help to maximise every last square foot of space in your home.
