HUT had a great time at The AJ Specification Awards! Three Finsbury Avenue (3FA) had been shortlisted for the Architect’s Journal Specification Awards in the ‘Fit Out and Interiors’ category. Sadly, we didn’t win but congratulations to Ian Ritchie Architects with James Johnson & Co for the Royal Academy of Music.
The AJ Specification Awards recognise the key importance of collaboration between product and material suppliers/manufacturers and architects. In this case, we collaborated with Clippings who supplied furniture, lighting and fixtures. The new awards celebrate the standout working relationships between UK architects and suppliers which have resulted in a creative solution or innovative design approach to enhance or exceeded the brief.
