A number of the team at HUT are currently and have previously been university lecturers and tutors. We have worked with Oxford Brookes, the Bartlett, Lincoln, Liverpool, the LSA, and Westminster University. We have hosted 3 LSA students and seen them become Part 2 qualified and onto Part 3 Architects. We are Part 3 examiners and professional mentors; involved in and actively supporting our team in their ongoing career development to becoming great architects.
As an RIBA Chartered Practice we provide regular Continuing Professional Development sessions to ensure all staff are up-to-date with industry developments and statutory guidance. We operate a mentoring scheme where less experienced members of the team are paired with senior leaders to ensure exposure to the professional delivery of projects. We educate ourselves by participating in industry knowledge sharing and work with leading consultants.
