We had a fabulous time at The Dusty Knuckle Youth Fundraiser. On their Dalston rooftop there was food by chef Troy Cundy, special guests, an auction, live music & a DJ. We heard from Dusty Knuckle’s trainees about how their journey with the bakery has transformed their lives. The bakery’s programme provides meaningful work in a busy commercial environment for young people aged 18-25 who face significant barriers to getting their careers underway. The bakery was HUT’s first pro bono project which involved securing planning permission and designing the fit-out for the new bakery and cafe space. We are keen supporters of the organisation. There’s still time to donate to the Youth Program via the Dusty website.
